Yes. We want you to be safe and we are pleased to provide transportation to our center whenever needed. Just communicate with our admissions staff that you are in need of transportation and we’ll take it from there. We can also help you get to our location if you reside somewhere other than New Jersey.
Admission starts when you dial 508-876-3224 and talk with one of our representatives. After you arrive, a comprehensive medical appraisal and medical history review is completed at the admissions phase. By responding to questions candidly, you will allow us to personalize treatment to your specific requirements. We will also help with insurance or self pay, job-related needs, and transportation.
Yes. You are allowed to carry in a mobile phone that will be put in a secured area at our Evolve Recovery Center. Ask a caregiver if you would like to check or answer vital texts or voicemails. You also have the opportunity to use a dedicated resident phone in our community lounge area.
Three meals per day are provided during your stay.Your meals are prepared at our facility by a personal chef, on a daily basis. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Snacks, coffee, juices, and water will also be easy to access throughout the day.
Yes, you are permitted to bring documented animals to help you during your stay with us. We ask that you inform our admissions personnel in advance of getting here and present the proper certification for your animal when you are admitted to our center.
Medication is prescribed per your specific circumstances and is governed by your thorough medical assessment and medical history investigation. We will dispense medicine that’s authorized for other health related issues.
Our licensed clinicians and nursing staff know that alcohol and drug rehab is a continual process. Due to this fact, we work with you to develop the skills and behaviors to help over the length of your recovery and we’ll keep supporting you even after you leave.
